We are committed to protecting your personal data, session details, and mental wellness journey with full transparency and security. This policy outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect your information when you interact with our platform.
1. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide a seamless and personalized guidance experience.
When you fill out our session booking forms or contact us, we may collect:
Alias or Preferred Name (can be real or fake)
Age Group (for matching purposes)
Preferred Contact Method (WhatsApp, Email, Call, Telegram)
Phone Number & Email (to send your LF-ID & session link)
Primary Concern Area (e.g., Relationship, Career, etc.)
Session Preferences (timing, session mode, guide type)
Optional Responses (personal description, urgency scale)
2. What Is LF-ID?
To protect your identity, we generate a semi-anonymous LF-ID for every session.
Example: LF8392ma
This code is used to:
Internally match you with a guide
Track your progress confidentially
Send communication without revealing real identity
3. What Do Guides See?
All LifeFundies guides (Peer Buddies, Young Mentors, or Senior Advisors) are trained under internal confidentiality protocols. They are not therapists but trained peers under LifeFundies frameworks.
When a session is assigned, guides receive only:
Your LF-ID
Your Session Date & Time
Your Zoom or Meet link
Your Primary Concern Topic
They will NOT see:
Your name
Your email or phone
Your form answers
Any past data unless you’ve shared the same LF-ID and consented to continuity
4. How Do We Use Your Data?
We use your data to:
Assign a suitable guide for your session
Deliver communication (via WhatsApp/Email)
Track session progress and deliver personalized reports (on request)
Improve the platform and support anonymized internal analytics
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
5. How Do We Store & Secure It?
All data is stored in secure servers integrated with encrypted platforms like:
Notion
Google Sheets (via Make automation)
WhatsApp Business API
Cashfree Payment Gateways
Our internal team has restricted access based on role. Admins handling logistics cannot view your session content, and guides cannot access your private info.
6. Misuse & Bans
If a user attempts to:
Falsely claim free sessions
Enter misleading details
Harass a guide or misuse the platform
They will be immediately banned for 3 months, and the account may be flagged for permanent suspension after internal review.
7. WhatsApp Disclaimer
When you book a session, you may be redirected to WhatsApp to confirm. This is an intentional step, not spam. Your messages remain encrypted and confidential.
8. Data Retention
LF-IDs are retained for progress tracking only
Emails and phone numbers are stored only until a session ends
Anonymous feedback and analytics may be retained for platform improvement
9. Your Rights
You can request:
Deletion of your session data
Update to your contact info
Full audit of what’s stored (under your LF-ID)

10. Third Party Integrations
We may link to or use services such as:
Zoom/Google Meet (for sessions)
Cashfree (for payment)
WhatsApp (for booking confirmation)
These platforms have their own privacy terms. We ensure minimal, encrypted data transfer and never expose personal data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Major changes will be informed via email or WhatsApp if you’ve subscribed or booked.
